Koziba Malibala is a young lady originating from Botswana. A Psychologist by profession, earned two Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Social Sciences.

 

She is the Managing Director of Training for Excellence,   a company that offers Strategic Management and Business Development Services, including exploring market/business ideas, business plan development, business counseling, and  business mentorship as well as entrepreneurship trainings.

With over 10 years of experience, Koziba is a committed volunteer and youth activist. She has previously served as Botswana National Youth Council Board member. She was nominated as a representative by CYEP to participant in the Commonwealth Professional Forum 2011 (Cardiff, Wales UK) prior to the Commonwealth Local Government Meeting. She was among the Botswana Junior Chamber International (JCI) Young people who won the bid for Botswana to host the African and Middle East Conference in 2013. She has served as Deputy Representative for the African Region to present the Commonwealth Youth Forum’s 7th Communiqué to the Heads of Government and Foreign Affairs Ministers (Trinidad and Tobago in 2009). She has been nominated by Oxfam International Youth Partnership to be the 2007-2010 Botswana’s Youth Action Partner. She has represented the voice of Young Batswana at the 16th International AIDS Conference at Toronto –Canada. Through her voluntary work, Koziba has managed to form a youth group in her home village through which she promotes positive behaviouaral change among the youth using sports, arts and entrepreneurship.

As recognition of her commitment and impact, she was selected as one of Botswana’s 2011 Top Outstanding Young People of the World and the first young lady to be given the Young Achiever Award in Botswana.
