Up to 130 delegates representing every nation of the Commonwealth will attend the event. The delegates will produce a communiqué which will be circulated at CHOGM 2011 and be presented to the Commonwealth Secretariat, giving the young people of the Commonwealth a chance to have their opinions heard by Heads of Government.
