ILO's global Gender Network will meet for its annual Inter-Regional Learning Forum in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 12 to 15 April 2010

13 Apr 2010

The 2010 Forum will be particularly relevant for consolidating the Gender Network’s response to, and support for, the implementation of the conclusions from the 2009 International Labour Conference on gender equality.

A central tool in this effort will be ILO’s Action Plan for Gender Equality and the Forum will represent an opportunity to discuss the new Action Plan which will cover the period 2010-15. The Forum will also offer an opportunity to pilot the work in progress towards a gender equality module for ILO’s Management and Leadership Development Programme.
